You are about to create an on-line loan application with First Savings Mortgage Corporation. Please be assured
that all information submitted will be protected and secure. The following tips will simplify the process of going
through the on-line application process:
- New users must properly register. Your Login ID should be your last name and the last four digits of your social security number (example: smith4321).
- Use the red "Next" or "Previous" buttons to progress from screen to screen.
- You will need to provide your asset information (accounts and account numbers) to successfully complete the application. It will not be necessary for you to complete the liabilities section of the application. We will transfer all liabilities as shown on your credit report.
- Most applications can be accomplished at one sitting. If you plan on returning to the on-line application to provide additional information (such as asset accounts), please remember to use the "Save and Exit" button before leaving the application process. This will allow you to return and complete the application at a later time.
- Once you click the "Submit" button, your information will be forwarded to our attention. Please wait for a confirmation that your submission was properly received before leaving the application process.
- We are able to make manual changes to your application after submission in the event that errors were made, or material information was omitted.
- You will be able to view the ongoing status of your loan application and approval at www.4cheryl.com. We will send you email notification once your private site manager is activated.
