Refinancing

Along with a completed loan application, some additional documentation will be needed so that your loan application can be processed as quickly as possible. Please fax the suggested information using our pre-prepared fax cover sheet below. If sending by mail, please send to: 8444 Westpark Drive, 4th Floor, McLean, VA 22102.

If you are salaried:

  • Copy of your most recent pay stub
  • Copies of your W2's for the past 2 years
  • Complete bank statements from each of your asset accounts for the past 2 months
  • Name and phone number of your settlement agent. We will be happy to recommend a settlement agent if you prefer.
  • Name and phone number of your homeowner’s insurance agent
  • Copy of your owner's title insurance policy (if available)

If you are self-employed:

You are considered self-employed if you own 25% or more of your company or if 25% or more of your income is derived from commissions.
  • Complete copies of your personal federal tax returns for the past 2 years
  • Copy of your most recent pay stub (if applicable)
  • Copies of your W2's for the past 2 years (if applicable)
  • Complete bank statements from each of your asset accounts for the past 2 months
  • Name and phone number of your settlement agent. We will be happy to recommend a settlement agent if you prefer.
  • Name and phone number of your homeowner’s insurance agent
  • Copy of your owner's title insurance policy (if available)
Certain loan programs may require additional documentation for self-employed borrowers. Cheryl's staff will contact you to discuss any additional documentation, if necessary.
